Dry-heating of a furnace or kiln is required after the refractory materials have been completely installed. We use our own burner equipment to ensure proper and complicated drying procedures. We can offer drying with gas, oil, electricity or operation burners. In addition to the actual drying services we can supply all required dry-heating curves and instructions enabling safe and successful drying procedures. Consequently, we ensure that the customer can start operating his plant at the time scheduled.
With a high-resolution endoscope and expert look, Jünger+Gräter takes a close look at the plant together with the customer while it is still in operation. There is complete protection against hot gas discharge and too high heat radiation. It is immediately possible to subsequently conduct analyses, evaluations and consultation meetings.
As a highly innovative service we offer the use of a drone as latest inspection possibility. Our special drone can fly to areas in the plant that are difficult to access and thereby employ a high-resolution camera to provide good pictures and videos of the state of the refractory lining. This service can be utilized for annual upgrading procedures or for analysis in case of damage. The drone also reduces cost for scaffolds and enables shorter shutdown times because the plant can go back to operation mode immediately at the end of the inspection procedure. Our drone can even fly in plants that still have a temperature of about 60 °C. We will gladly let our drone fly into your plant.
Plant operation shutdowns often cut the profits of our customers. Thus, industrial climbing is one of the services we offer to customers. This is an important service in case of emergency shutdowns, small repairs, annual upgrading or work in hard to access areas.
Industrial climbers can save a lot of time and money because scaffolds are not required. Our climbers can execute rescue measures high up and down low. They are trained in refractory and chimney engineering and have a climbing certification according to FISAT (association of rope-access techniques).
Our customers can climb high with our services in the field of industrial chimney construction. We focus on repair, upgrading and demolition of new chimneys or those protected and considered as national heritage. Our services include repair of steel concrete, corrosion protection, testing and upgrading of climbing protection and safety systems, erection and modification of antennas or flight control systems. Our certified experts can also conduct the chimney inspections required by law and determine any necessary upgrading measures.
